How We Stay Safe
Every site is assessed before any equipment is unpacked. We identify hazards — overhead lines, slopes, soil conditions, proximity to structures — and brief the full team before work begins.
Helmets, visors, chainsaw-resistant trousers, cut-resistant gloves, steel-capped boots, and hi-vis vests are mandatory on every job. No exceptions for any crew member, at any time.
We use friction-based rigging systems to lower sections with precision, eliminating uncontrolled drops. This protects your roof, garden, and any structures below — even in tight urban spaces.
For roadside and boundary work we establish pedestrian exclusion zones, use spotter personnel, and coordinate with local authorities where required to ensure public safety throughout the operation.
Protective ground covers shield lawns and driveways. We reposition work zones constantly to avoid driving machinery repeatedly over root zones or delicate surfaces.
Before handover, a supervisor walks the full site with the client to confirm all debris is cleared, no damage has occurred, and the site is safe. Sign-off only happens when everyone is satisfied.

We carry comprehensive insurance across every job, every day. If the unexpected happens, you are fully protected — and so is our team. We'll also liaise directly with your insurer on emergency and storm-damage claims.
